Adderbury Institute is available for
hire by groups, individuals, organisations and businesses.
These are the steps to making a
booking, as detailed in full on this page:
1. Check our diary to see if your
chosen period is available
2. Complete a booking form
3. Send us your booking form and deposit
4. We will confirm your booking if it is accepted.
AVAILABILITY
Firstly, check availability by looking
at our on-line bookings
diary. Our online diary is regularly
updated.
MAKING A BOOKING
If the period you require is available
the next step is to complete our booking form.
Firstly please read our Conditions of
Hire as they form an integral part of your booking contract.
Secondly complete our booking form (at
the bottom of this page) You need to
complete all the areas highlighted in red.
After signing your booking form you need to send it to us either
by e-mailing, scanning or posting.
If you wish to sell alcohol at your
event you will need a licence to do this. To find out
more please read the Sale of Alcohol Application document.
BOOKING TIMES
Your booking needs to
be from the earliest point you require access to the building
until the time you will have completely vacated the premises
and can hand the key back.
Your booking will be for a number of
whole hours of which the minimum is 2 hours. The only
exception to this is during our premium periods of Friday and
Saturday evenings when your booking will cover the entire period
between 6pm and midnight (shorter period bookings are not allowed
on Friday and Saturday evenings).
We reserve the right to levy a charge
for the storage of equipment in the building outside a booking
period.
CHARGES
This is our current scale of charges
for the hire of Adderbury Parish Institute. If you use
our on-line booking form the total cost of your booking will be
calculated for you.

HEATING:
A £1 coin
will purchase 15 minutes heating throughout the building.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
If your booking is accepted we will
complete the remainder of the contract, our caretaker will
sign it and return it to you. At this stage your
booking is deemed provisional.
Your booking is only confirmed when
we receive the required deposit.
Provisional bookings are held for
seven days only.
